Monthly seminar with by Norcal Systema instructors.
Training Tips
In addition to regular indoor training the four-to-five hours training session are now available to the Systema practitioners at the end of every month.
Generally it is the last Saturday unless there's significant overlap with other major relevant events.

The purpose of such practice is to provide Norcal Systema students with additional training time, variable environment & personalized instructions
in order to establish adequate & individualized developmental pattern & to assure student's accelerated progress.

Long seminar format practice is equally beneficial as for experienced practitioners who are interested to pinpoint & eliminate developed deficiencies
& as well for those beginners who're looking for a accelerated start into the exciting world of Russian Martial Art.
